# Voting

As a community-centered project, Morkie empowers users to participate in governance voting. This process ensures that key decisions are made collectively, reflecting the interests and needs of the entire community.

#### How to Vote

1. **Connect Your Wallet**: Ensure your EVM-compatible wallet is connected to the Morkie platform.
2. **Review Proposals**: Visit the [Morkie Proposals Page](https://snapshot.org/morkie.eth#/morkie.eth) to review active proposals.
3. **Cast Your Vote**: Select the proposal you wish to vote on, and choose your voting option (e.g., For, Against, Abstain).
4. **Confirm Your Vote**: Follow the prompts to confirm and submit your vote.

#### Voting Power

* **Token-Based Voting**: Your voting power is directly proportional to the number of Morkie tokens you hold. More tokens mean greater influence in decision-making.

#### Key Points to Remember

* **Engage with the Community**: Participate in discussions and forums to better understand the implications of each proposal.
* **Stay Informed**: Regularly check the proposals page for new submissions and updates on ongoing votes.
* **Make Your Voice Heard**: Voting is a critical part of our governance process. Your participation helps shape the future of Morkie.
